I had some hopes for this game yet it seems that EA is basically giving up on the modding community. While this might seem like a small thing to those who dont care about playing vanilla BC2 without any comp mods or tweaking weapons or maps, the competitive community has just been dealt a huge blow. In fact you cant even try to hack the dedicated servers as they wont even allow public dedicated server files.

I think the days of great competitive gaming may be coming to a close. Be ready to make a lot of concessions as the big game companies just don't care anymore.
